an applicant always has a right to ask why he didn't make it sa interview or exam. just ask politely.

everything is assessed according to the needs of the position and the overall impression made (by the applicant) during the whole hiring process... and this is very very "SUBJECTIVE".

Yes you can, you can ask them some feedback/s for some points that they don't like to hear and also you can ask for advice for improvement. Just do it in a professional way.

Base on my experience, after sa final interview I always ask HR if I made it so that I won't have anything to expect.

yeah, a "better" someone got it, but that is not the issue in this thread.

the issue is what aspects of my application failed? why i was not hired?

i want to learn how to improve myself para next time, i am a better applicant.

the interview went so smoothly man gud. in fact, HR told me i had a good prospect of being hired ..kay nag hisgot na man gani ug salary proposal.. etc

but a rejection is ..always painful and how it hurts..

AFAIK... you dont, its their prerogative to say it or not... theyr'e private company so they have the right to keep the information..

yes they do... what I can advice nlang sa mga wala pa nadawat is evaluate yourself. unsa pa imong kinahanglan usbon or iimprove. kung experienced pud ka unya naglisud kag balik work, evaluate urself. stepdown a little. naa ko kaila, kauban nku sa work before TL xa pro pagabot sa interview wla nadawat kay nag irate2x sa interview. ask ko nganu man nag irate2x ka, dili na baya ko anad mutake ug calls, halus SUPCALL na daw tanan. lols. bahala di kamadawat. hilas kaau ka. hahaha. gikatanaw-an ra nku xa.
