Before buying domain name you shall take care of following things….

1. See whether the company is giving you full access to domain control panel or not.
2. Make sure the domain have all your contact details specially in admin contact details….and you have access to change the same
3. Make sure you have access to lock / unlock the domain name
4. Do not forget to get invoice for the same from the company you buy from…

You should not fail to check above things, and should not buy the domain name if the company is not giving any of the above mentioned things…

Some companies might offer you domain name and the web space at low rates but in return they keep admin contacts as their and also control over domain control panel..

So at the time of dispute they just change the domain name details and kick the customer saying the domain was never his/her

These kind of things happen specially with Indian company…I just managed to get my client’s domain name after many tries…

General rule sa domain:

When this is your first time to buy domain, see to it nah sakto ang spelling and you are pretty sure about that. Make use of easy words and searchable words para makita sa visitors or maapil sa results list sa search engine. Once Domain name is fully registered, it can never change, maghulat jud ka sa expiration date para makachange ka or else you to pay for new domain name.

Also, when purchasing online, make sure to read terms and conditions kay dri magbangil ang agents and customers. There are companies offering free trial versions nor hatag daw ug free domain names for certain period of time, but then nay uban nga nay automatic renewal so makabayad ka ahat nga wala damha.. hehe planning to buy domain name puhon.. but dont know what company to choose... hmmmm

so sugot ra ka wala kay full access sa imong paliton nga domain? Because, Nos.2 and 3 are dependent to No. 1.

For companies, make sure dili under sa name sa inyong IT iparegister ang domain. Mao ni amo naproblemahan karon kay ang former IT personnel nga nagparegister sa domain sa company, giparegister under his name and email. Karon nga wa na siya, hasul na kaayo pagpabalhin sa ownership. Di gani mo-approve sa transfer.
***Maayo lang if makatiming ta ug dili tambaloslos nga IT personnel.

how can you lock unlock your domain kung wala kay access?
how can you forward, redirect, point to whereever you want it kung wala kay access?
how can you "access" it kung walay panel?
basta naa lang kay domain name and that's it?
