btw, wala man formal training. in fact, a day training lang toh amua den ngtake na daun calls. wala man dapat itrain kay everything is scripted. .unless one doesn't know how to read.
EB prefers someone w/ call center experience. .preferably sales kay outbound man. pro dili man mamaligyaay ang trabaho. .more on survey. pwede pud wala experience basta makatubag lang sa interview.
