I bought a motorbike 2nd hand, and I want to transfer the ownership to my name. The problem is that the deed of absolute sale is not notarized and I have no way to contact the former owner. I have the Deed of Absolute Sale (signed by the owner, but not notarized) and the original or/cr. Is it possible to change the ownership with the documents I have? Thanks.

Can I do that without the previous owner's ID? Because I cannot contact the first owner.
