    That's nothing...you wont feel it that much. I live in Maria Luisa. What they should build is a parallel-alternate road going to the Ban-Tal area. A mall or a heritage site cum Mall won't do that much especially if the proponents are already involve in questionable overpriced and underwater projects. No offense bro.

    mao ni ang usa ka kuwang sa pag plano sa cebu, gagmay kaayog mga dalan... pero nana man jud ni, atubangon nalang og sulbaron na karon og dili na pa dugayon pa...

    either widen the roads now (as in widen jud and anticipate future growth) and construct flyovers OR mag butang na silag mass transit system...

    while on-going ang mga projects, of course the traffic situation will surely worsen pero antos nalang kaysa pa dugayon pa og implement...

    whether we like it or not, cebu is the next "mega manila"... in fact nag sugod na...

    ^^ Sakto jud. Way city planning. Ningas cogon ra. Pila na man unta katuig nga naa sa pwesto without opposition sa city council wa jud planning. Sa road widening, water supply, waste management, drainage system wa jud plano. Kung mubaha ingnon lang ka nga "Mubaha ra man ug muulan" di lang nato kwentahon pila siya katuig sa pwesto wa jud pangitai ug solusyon.

    Pamolitika nuon ug personal vendetta maayo kaayo.
