yah precisely.
Brain-drain is one current ongoing problem

It IS a social and political issue. Kabantay ka basta 3rd worlder ka lisud lisuron ka pasulod sa canada, us or UK?
Our country is not respectable enough and provides citizens that are not emotionally and psychologically prepared for a responsible 1st world environment.
e.g. Given the "batasan" sa Filipino, in remote areas in the US, large pricey traffic signs abound. You put Filipinos in that area and you will find all those signs missing within a year. Even an American who grew up in the ghetto would not fret over stealing a traffic sign. Why?
also...
This is a social issue:
More & more children are likely to become delinquents---preteen pregnancies, drugs, gang violence...or worst..young criminals
Lisod kaayo if wala ang ginikanan and padalhan nalang ug kwarta ang mga anak in place of their parental affection and attention
until such time that we (3rd world country) can level up with them...this time it woun't be an issue anymore..
yup. If kabantay pud mo places like Canada and NZ maskin mingaw ug tao and they NEED the population it's still not that easy to get in as a Filipino? Even if they are desperate to populate they also don't want "pasaway" people to be the ones to populate their numbers. They want good upstanding citizens to build their country.
illegal migration -> abuse -> social injustice -> LIFE![]()
