Ive downloaded so many things in cydia that seems to
be giving my ipod touch errors ...
so i erased some files in cydia
now i cant seem to find cydia ?

Is there a way to RESTORE my ipod touch into
the FRESH jailbroken state ?
or do i need to go to your shop again?
