I was experiencing pain in my knee before.. lower part of the knee ni burot sya .
stop lang ko sa extreme activity og stop eating meat mao ingon sa doctor, prutas lang og vegies ok ra guro if gamay na meat, murag naa man ko pills ato gi take... pain reliever ra guro to... then mga after 8-12 months kay na wala na ang sakit... wa na sab ko basketball og uban pah for that span of time..
i resort to mountain biking kay less stress sa joints.
I am now healed! 100%![]()
Rest and shift to some activity na lesser friction og stress sa mga joints hehehe.

kay when you stand up the muscle close to the knee is quads(enclosing knee cap). if its not inflamed or way hubag which i assume wala kay CHRONIC mani siguro nga pain, try warm compress at least 20 mins a day.. to know if its warm enough, try dipping your pinky if its tolerable then is should be okay... rest is also important but still the most important thing is CONSULT jud heheh
