HELP: How to change PC language from Italian to English.

I hope I am in the right section.

I really needed help. It's been so hard lately dealing with my laptop. It's a Packard Bell Easy Note (laptop) and with Windows Vista Home Basic OS. I got this laptop from my Tita whose in Italy. She gave it to me. The problem is that, the language of the laptop is in Italian. How will I change the language settings to ENGLISH? Please... Need to resolve this immediately.

I will appreciate any help from you.

as i know of windows vista home basic does not provide the ability to change languages. so kung default cya to french mao na gyud na.

your best shot is to format it and install vista ultimate (supports multilingual) or any version of vista installer in english
