Default Correct Voltage after unlocking HD6950?

Guys who tried flashing the BIOS of the HD6950 to HD6970?

Coz I've read in another forum (I forgot the link) that after flashing the HD6950 to 6970 the voltage is unstable. What's the correct voltage needed for it? Whenever I play Crysis 2 at extreme settings the games halts after 20 - 30 minutes then continues on.

    Core Clock - 880mhz
    Mem clock - 1300mhz

    Specs:
    PSU Silverstone 600Watts
    Phenom II x2 unlocked to x4 B50
    4gb DDR3 1333mhz
    320GB HDD Sata

Boss halos pareha tag set up, 555 tuna 4gb ddr3.akoa is oCed lang to 850/1275. reading sa voltage boss is 1.1 max gpu-z. ka dperensya lang is dili 6970 bios ako gamit, kato bios nga shaders lang ang na unlock gamit ang script ni wizard techpower up. last december pko ani nga set up boss wa may problema so far. sa crysis 2 okay raman.

duda ko boss kana 1300 maoy nagdag hasol. kay sauna ako gipaabot 1290 dagma after an hour of DIRT 2 mao ako gipaubos sa 1275.

which unlock procedure did you do to your card? there are different unlock methods.

    unlock shaders only
unlock shader and overclock core (using asus 6970 bios)
or full unlock to 6970 spec - which
*increases voltage (VDDC) to 1.17v @ load .9V idle
*increases GPU from 800 to 880
*increases MEM from 1250 to 1375

kung full 6970 unlock ka then you just leave it at that clocks and or voltages. Kung naa kay problema sa instabilty, then just lower your mem clock to 1250 and you should be ok.

Mas maayo kuno ang shader unlock ra, nya oc nalang ka sa core, mem ug voltages. wa pa hinuon ko ka suway ani. wala pa man sad ko ka experience instability sa full 6970 bios/clocks - ma oc pa man gali nako gamay using catalyst

    feedback lang nya diri.

Sapphire sad akoa. Tried 1.2v pero same thing.

mao ni ako.ng BIOS gi gamit:
full unlock to 6970 spec - which
*increases voltage (VDDC) to 1.17v @ load .9V idle
*increases GPU from 800 to 880
*increases MEM from 1250 to 1375

Cge I will try to decrease the Mem Clock. Will try once I go home.

Thanks alwaysdrunk and glide and the rest....
