what if dugay kaaU mo-load ang mga Applications, Do you consider your Computer's performance improved?
2. Refresh the desktop after closing any application. This will remove any unused files from the RAM.
- Do you really understand what's the USE of the 'REFRESH' feature of WINDOWS on the desktop?
- What is RAM (from your own definition)?
- What's the relation of the file (-that you've said) with the RAM?
- What is RAM, ROM, and Cache for you? (-hehehe! basin Cached cguro iyang gi-mean
)
3. Do not set very large file size images as your wallpaper. Do not keep a wallpaper at all if your PC is low on RAM (less than 256 MB).
Kani murag naay kay point ani!
4. Do not clutter your Desktop with a lot of shortcuts. Each shortcut on the desktop uses up to 500 bytes of RAM.
But does it obviously affect the overhead performance of the Computer?
5. Empty the recycle bin regularly.
The files are not really deleted from your hard drive until you empty the recycle bin.
But does it obviously affect the overhead performance of the Computer?
6. Delete the temporary internet files regularly.
But does it obviously affect the overhead performance of the Computer?
7. Defragment your hard drive once every two months. This will free up a lot of space on your hard drive and rearrange the files so that your applications run faster.
WHAT?? "Free up a lot of space on the Drive?" Sakto na unta pero imong gibutangan ug "Free up a lot of space" pa jud.
8. Always make two partitions in your hard drive. Install all large Softwares (like PSP, Photoshop, 3DS Max etc) in the second partition. Windows uses all the available empty space in C drive as virtual
memory when your Computer RAM is full. Keep the C Drive as empty as possible.
HUH
- kung mao na bro dili na mo-boot up imong Computer kay "Keep the C drive as empty as possible"?
As what I have understand sa kani nga TIPs nimo is that make 2 partitions 2nd partition would be (I think) repositories or you isolate the third party applications from your System Files, right? So, from here meaning your System Files are found on the Drive C, right? Then, imo man kaha empty ang Drive C, So, dili na modagan imong Computer, diba? - No Operating System found nana... hehehe!
9. When installing new Softwares disable the option of having a tray icon. The tray icons use up available RAM, and also slow down the booting of your PC. Also disable the option of starting the application automatically when the PC boots. You can disable these options later on also from the Tools or preferences menu in your application.
OOppss! Really? How would you say so?
10. Protect your PC from dust. Dust causes the CPU cooling fan to jam and slow down thereby gradually heating your CPU and affecting the processing speed. Use compressed air to blow out any dust from the CPU. Never use vacuum.
Murag naa ka point sad ani gamay. I believe, it is a Proper ventilation.
