Caminade Pet Shop: Comments and Critique

I am a frequent goer of Caminade Mabolo because they have stocks that other petshops don't have. It is my personal opinion, modesty aside , that they should revisit and reevaluate the professionalism of their attendants.

Also, they should revisit and reevaluate also their miscellaneous services like PCCI registration. Before or until now, breeders have to wait 2-3 months before they could receive the pedigrees of their puppies/dogs.

Well, I do the PCCI processing myself and it only takes 7 working days. I encourage also other breeders to do the same. The processing is as simple as walking with your dog properly.

Kung wala ka idea sa iyang registered number then I think wala pud tingae ka nalimot sa breeder/owner name sa imong iro so tawag ka PCCI then magpapapers ka balik 260 pesos then ingna nga mao ni ang name sa breeder/owner then ila raman na ma track..

In case mawala ang pedigree you mean? Download lng sa affidavit sa PCCI site, fill it up, and send it to PCCI with the corresponding fees.

In case of loss of dog's Registration and Pedigree Certificates-How to obtain another one.

You can download the "AFFIDAVIT FORM" from the PCCI website. Then you will have to fill-up and sign the form and send it to the office along with your payment for the Duplicate Copy amounting to Php110.00 (kindly verify the updated amount).

FAQ:

I just lost my dog's PCCI certificate that I obtained from the previous owner and I did not transfer the ownership into my name. How do I obtain another certificate?

If you lost your dog's certificate and the dog was not yet transferred into your name, the dog's recorded owner will need to fill-up the PCCI Affidavit Form and the Supplemental Transfer Statement Form. Please include the following information:

  • Dog's name, registration number and breed
  • Recorded owner's name, address and signature
  • Php110.00 processing fee (you can either pay by check or money order made payable to the PCCI.
  • Php250.00 transfer of ownership
  • Php33.00 supplemental transfer
  
  

If they do not have the dog's name and registration number please provide the PCCI the following in its place:

  • Names and registration numbers of the sire and dam, and breed
  • Date of birth of the litter
  • Recorded owner's name and address
  
  

When the required information is received a new certificate will be mailed to you as the new owner.
Please remember a duplicate certificate can only be requested by the current owner on PCCI record.
