We have similar laws in the Philippines enforcing such act. Sad to say the policemen cannot apprehend this kind of act here simply because they don't have the credibility to do so.

However, i admire this kid.... even at his young age nag paka bana na siya and his doin this not for personal purposes maybe na biktima pud ni siya?. This is part of freedom of speech and expression. Ang naka faet lng kay wla siyay concrete evidence unya ni balik nuon niya. At least na express niya in some other way!..

hahaha boanga sad bataa oi... ang iya sayop diri kay nag gather man siya ug personal info about sa isa ka taw and iya gi gamit para mang harass mao gdakop siya. pero i dont think by just saying police are corrupt enough grounds para dakpon ka.
