try to reset the cmos sa imong motherboard then gamita ang onboard o built-in nga video. if mo boot na sya adto sa bios then e set ang primay display sa PCI slot then save and exit. then off the computer (hold the power button for 3-5 sec until totally off). then itaod balik imong videocard. make sure natarong nimo ug taod. then update this thread...
