btaw bro... you should be keen in trading esp if defective ang item... sayon ra au mag himu2 storya para lang makakwarta.. take it as a lesson learned... me too i've experienced that kind of experience... lami kaau kulatahon ang tag iya pero na close naman gud ang deal ang nakabaw nako na defective... pero sa imu sitwasyon naa man ka right as a consumer... refund policy unta imu gipatigbabaw una bro before closing the deal...

kung mao jd na nga phone ang gibalgya nko before bro kay nailad pd ko ana.. liman kag gi ingnan ko pagpalit nq na i-software ra daw ni xag update.. i thought madala ra pd ug software then mao 2 pag abot sa haus na update na ang phone pero mao ra gypn.. gi contact nko ang ngbalgya nko nya ingon xa d na nya ma contact ang ngpabaligya nko.. mao 2 ako gibalgyag barato kaayo BUT AKO GI INGNAN ANG NIPALIT NA DEFECTIVE SIYAG SOUNDS AND WIFI and siya na lang bahala kng unsaon na niya total barato na kaayo pagkablgya nq(at that time 20 plus pa ang 3gs).. shock gni ko kay kita ko sa laing website na gibalgyag 15k sa 1 ka seller but i think dli na kad2ng nka palit nq coz laing number na mn...

It hasn't been even 24 hours so im not posting his name handle yet until then so here goes.

I traded my Nokia C7 for a defective Iphone 3gs kay i thought what the heck ako nalay paayo ato nga 3gs since basin pa diay gamay ra ang gasto and he said ala pa niya napatry ug paayo so we traded yesterday evening at ayala. By the time i got home tried to reflash and jailbreak it again para masure if dili software ang problema. It wasnt so pagugma i tried contacting Sir Dave from Jtech to arrange a checkup test on the unit if maayo paba ni siya. Sure enough the defect is the motherboard meaning if i wanted it fixed id have to buy another Iphone 3gs just to fix this one he also told me the truth about the unit im holding it was a unit passed around in istorya kuno and i was the 5th guy to consult to him about it. I was devastated so i tried contacting the previous owner to get my C7 back but di najud siya kay nagsabot nadaw me sa trade and itrade nadaw niya akong phone. I even offered to pay him 500 just so i can get back my phone but he would budge until now wala pajud pero at least nitubag jud siya pero hes still standing by with his story nga gikan sa iyang maguwang niya la daw siya time ipaayo munang wala niya napaayo. I hope if makabasa siya ani nga thread maconsensya tawn siya kay mao ratawn na akong phone. Akong gamit ron kay gubaon nga N76 tawn. Looy kaayo tawn ko nga uyamot. Please lang "ikaw" kung naa pakay kalooy ug consensya palihug kog trade back kay tarong tawn ko nga dealer diris istorya and i dont want to spoil everything tungod lang ani. Dali ra kaayo ko kastorya ug kadeal gani just ask my clients so please please please lang.



PS: Kato mga nag"High and Mighty" nga nagingon nga akong fault for hoping it was repairable note that the trader told me nga ala siyay time para mapacheck kung unsay guba so i thought naay chance mapaayo. Im sure you wouldve grabbed that chance too. Dont be so hypocritical.


TL;DR: He told me he didn't have time to get it checked and repaired, i took the chance and tried to repair it, couldnt be repaired now im screwed.
