Apparently, this thread's old na. I was searching for Cebu Web Awards in google and this thread came up.

I'm Ian Tusil from NextCue(nsparks.com) and have been in the industry for quite a while na. I'm a ruby programmer. I'd like to help if there is an existing Awards body here in Cebu or organize one if it has been silent na.

If you are interested to help, please email me so I can get you in my list. Ultimately, my goal is to increase the visibility of our web industry to a higher level and give recognition to the people behind it.
