naa man OJT bro plus if gusto jud ka nga hands-on dayon, pwede man ka sa mga short term courses. kung ari ta sa college, expect jud daghan ang lecture kay that is what college is designed for.

Advice lang through my experience. During college day nako I make my first system i just use vb6 and msaccess as a good start I develop a Sit-in System in University of Cebu - Lapu-lapu and Mandaue (UC-LM). Mas nindot kung open minded ka sa mga new approach of Programming and you should be INNOVATIVE. Do some research if maglisod sa problem...
