What's next? gun down anyone that earns the displeasure of the mayor? Oh wait, we're talking of Davao City...they are already doing that.

Keep cheering the mayora's actions. you'll only realize the INJUSTICE once you are the victim.

For all we know, the sheriff was only doing his job. He is not under the Mayor's Office (Executive branch) but the RTC (Judicial Branch). The Mayor cannot and have no authority to order him around. With this act, the Mayor only asserted that she does not respect the judiciary. She is showing that SHE (the Dutertes) is the LAW in Davao.

BTW, this is precisely why we have a very big problem with squatters. The mayors and other local officials coddle them, or at the least show a patronizing attitude. Whenever a court order is to be executed to return a piece of real property to its rightful owners, they come in and act "compassionate" to their squatting constituents.
    Very well said sir

Was the "enemy" a rebelde? a criminal? drug pusher?

No, it was only the court sheriff who was doing his job which was to execute a court order to demolish illegal structures on someone's rightful property.
