why not all have the same kind of cells. Why is CO2 the stimulus for breathing and not oxygen? why are there still idiopathic diseases around? Why is there no cure for cancer?

again, i think i have to say this again, science fro me is just a tool.

Of course it is limited, because some of the questions you ask are still in the process of being investigated or figured out. Once upon a time we also didn't know if polio could be cured, or if sickness was caused by "bad spirits", but eventually those questions got answered. Again, time will tell.
However the issue here is again your "comfort" in accepting the limitations. If you are uncomfortable that science, for now cannot give answers to your questions, then it would make me happy and content if you just admit you don't want to wait for the answers or that you are impatient with science, and that religion is the solution to that impatience, because you can just automatically say that religion is unlimited (thus solving the problem).
I'm not impatient--that's why I do not need religion.
Yes, science is just a tool, that I use daily like any other tool. I don't need anything else in my life to live--just give me the tools for survival and I'll live.
