So again, I invite you to file formal complaints to the site owners, complete with outlined facts and quotes that show my unfair treatment and method of running that sub-forum, and if deemed that I did anything wrong, I'd be the first to resign. Seriously, have better things to do than babysit a forum.

Sorry but my post was directed at soul doctor in reply to the analogy he made. I have nothing against you per se and i'm just engaging in this discussion given the exchange of points presented above.

Please do not refer to me and jalson_ent as "inyo" because in the first place, I hardly know him. Secondly, wala man ko mu take ug side ninyong duha as I am mainly expressing my own point of view.

On the topic lang, a mod should be able to wear two hats... One as a mod/arbiter and one as a regular forumer.... Ako lang ni personal opinion ha...

We know you have the power to issue infractions but that should not be used as a reason for us not to talk to you the way we would talk to any other forumer... Mods are entitled to participate in the discussion like any regular member so should other members give special treatment to mods who have entered the discussion?

Again, show me the members dissatisfied with how I run things. I'm not crazy--why would I want to shoo off or turn off users to come here? I do my job because I feel that in the end, whatever decisions I made will be better for most users rather than a brash, select few. There's always power in numbers--show me that number, and you'll get what you want.

Agree ko nimo bro..ma-bias man gud ang discussion and some people mu-bow down na lng kay MOD ila kalalis..wht if sayup ang MOD nya ang visitor sakto nya mu-insist gyud ang MOD...alkansi gyud ang visitor, di ba?..MODS should do what they are paid to do...babysit the forum and should not say that he has better things to do than babysit a forum..You are paid to do that..

Wala pa gani nimo na-prove to everyone nga sayup ko unya you're making it seem by your posts nga naa ko'y gibuhat nga sayop. Prove it first, and show me the group of people that agree with you, nga naa ko'y sayop, and I'll start taking you seriously.

    And...babysitters do spank when necessary.

Don't play semantics with me--the very reason you're in this thread is you feel as if I've wronged you, and you want everyone to see it and judge me, regardless if the case is hypothetical or not. So again, if I have wronged you, show to me proof, and show your supporters, and I will bow out.

ang analogy ninyo na you own this house is very wrong..we were here before some MODS ever started...we kinda help build this house..we told our friends about the site and our friends told their friends..I am not saying that we can do what we want. Ako lng, that on a basis of a healthy discussion..fair lng unta tanan nya walay special treatment or mulabaw...then that's where you come in, kung ma-heated na ang topic..

if makig exchange ug points nako ang mod, then i will do my best to get my point across and prove my point.

If the argument gets heated, I will not bow down regardless of who I am arguing with as long as I know that I am not throwing invectives , insults or any offensive words into the argument.

Pero Ive personally gotten into arguments where mods were actually throwing invectives na (basin na carried away na sa heated argument)... So thats why I think that should a mod get into this type of argument, another mod should step in and do the arbitration..... Mods are human ra man sad... They get hot headed and emotional especially if the topic is dear to their hearts.

Bati lang siguro if a mod uses his powers to get the upper hand in an argument or lock threads that go against iyang beliefs... (religion and politics) usually results in heated arguments where no one wins.
