it's good to have a designated lane for motorists.
hmmm...
what you posted above is the normal route rules I have followed all my life. thats why when I went to LAPU LAPU I was caught off guard.
The problem is since it is four lanes left most lane is for left turn, two in between lanes going straight and a right lane for right turns, the two in between lanes is divided into 2. its divided between 4 wheeled motorized vehicles and 2 wheeled motorized vehicles.
this is the only city here in cebu who implemented this kind of rule. which is of course in my opinion weird and improper.
Therefore, if you are new in this City and they "accidentally forgot and" opened the cones (to catch cars) early in the morning lets say 6:30, and your mind set is like mine. good luck! your their breakfast
bie dili man ka pwede ana i-towing kay naa man ka. dili man na sila ka pugos sa imoha. The rule is dili sila ka towing if naa ang driver. That is why they make a WOOOOOOOOWWWWW! two times or 3 before nila i-start og towing.
I have tons of experience of almost towing incident. Like, in Larsian, if you eat there they will sound their siren first if you fail to get your vehicle your car is a goner but if you are there they give you time to get your vehicle out of the way. What I did however I talked to the Police officers and told them of my dilemma and they let me park in their police station hehehe
Next we made a delivery in Gaisano South. and we parked our car in a towing zone while we delivered in Gaisano South. The driver also helped out with the delivery. So, when we came back the CitoM was Issuing a citation and the Towing Truck is almost done with the towing. because we were there they were not able to tow the truck. We did however get the citation.
Next In Sancianko street. near City center, back gate of UV. cars usually frequent to park there since there are alot of establishments that are very tempting. Same event. I parked my car there and a towing truck came. All I did was ride my car and leave the place.
bie they cant force a tow if the owner is there.
TRAFFIC officers from LAPU LAPU are incompetent. Every CITOM officer I talked about with my experience always have the same conclusion. That's why mostly near the bridge when they catch cars its by 2.
