eat rich in iron nga food like meat green leafy vegetables and vitamins with iron... and take some exercise and rest...
make sure to take 1-2 tablets of ferrous sulfate.. ka ng sa unilab na 100 tablets kay tag 80 rana..![]()
i was advised to take sangobion na vitamins but better to consult a doctor jud kay there are different kinds of anemia man gud na required og different kind of supplement...
actually, wala paman jud ko nadiagnose kung unsa clase sa anemia im having right now. pero ubos lang jud ako Hgb ug Hct. li ba kaha ni IDA or Pernicious anemia?
anemia is the lack of iron in our body due to stress, the only solution for this is to have enough sleep and rest, then take a vitamins that are lots of iron, and have a regular exercise.
