Consult una sa doctor kung unsay right nga contraceptive para niya. There are Pills, injectables, condoms, etc. Tell her don't be shy, mas maayo hinuun na nga concern mo sa inyo *** life and also to prevent unwanted pregnancy.

sir, wa juy dapat ikaulaw. health care professionals anad na na sila ana. li na sila mu.judge or unsa sa inyo. promotion of health bya ng ila kaya li jud dapat maulaw.
