Hi Guyz . . .

Good Afternoon

I want to share this with you, I've been working in this company for how many months. Since, I started working with them I didn't yet get my payslip it's very important that to me. I have the right to complain to my employer?? And also, I have a friend which my co-workmates, she's very below minimum wage earner and she has a deduction of Withholding Tax. It's in the law that they don't have the right to deduct once the employee is below minimum wage. i really don't understand our company. Actually, we have so many complain in this company. Hope you could help me in regards with this guys.

why dont you ask your payslip sa inyo HR or Accounting Dept?

ask advice from DOLE unsay sakto nga buhaton.... naay point imong complaints, pero basin sayop nya ang among ma suggest...

if walay payslip, its as if, you are working like a household help... and companies nga mahibaw-an nga walay payslip, they are to be penalized (i guess)

murag naa ni modus ang imu employer. no company gyud ang dili mu hatag ug payslip naa gyud na. basin ang HR ang ni duwa ana. wala lang kabalo ang management
