what to do with my 1000sqm lot?

guys i need inputs on what to do with this lot.. its quite far from the city.. its down south.
DUMANJUG..
someone told me its good for a piggery... then again .. i want more inputs.. before i invest my money to such proposal.

the lot is located in dumanjug a 2hr travel from the city of cebu.
situated in an area where population us fastly rising..
and accessible sad ang lot..

piggery sounds good. with that space you can convert it into an agricultural spot, farm etc. (if its easily accessible by vehicles (not only by pedicabs). Canvass your possible buyer/clients/supplier for it beforehand. It also depends on your risk aversion/risk profile on what to put up with it. If not just stick with the Real Estate investment like you said its an area where population is going up. When you see some other commercial outlets popping up or more gas stations; thats it! again, just saying.

a lot of things still needs understanding haha. gahuna huna bya ko ug piggery bro.. im stil studying bout it..
and yes population is really grwoing in this area.. but putting up a gas station is really of plan.

hog raising is good if you have the capital and risk appetite is higher... mamatyan ka ug usa ka baboy dako na ug impact sa imo ginansya. done that before and found out the risk is higher than what i can tolerate.

if for you, id go for real estate nga commercial tingali. dako2x nman na ang 1000 sqr meter.

gas station is nindot pud tingali, pro murag mahal man tingali na ug franchise or puhunan nga dako2x gyud ang gi need

while nag huna2 paka bro why not plant some fruit trees like durian etc. Puede pod mga gulay. Mabaligya pa nimo ug makaon.

Kami Sir, we have a 580sqm lot sa amoa province. We're planning to subdivided it to 4 lots and build low-cost houses on each and sell them. We're expecting at least 1m or higher na profit, kay foreclosed man ang mga lots pagkuha namo, so we had it for cheap. Basin ikaw pud sir, nahan ka ani na negosyo, it's low-risk man, unya medyo paspas ug dako-dako pud ang returns. kung di man gani mahalin ang balay, pwede ra man pud iparent. we'll share notes nya. ^_^
