the GREEN led light on the motherboard is directly connected to the +5VSB...if it is flashing, it means that the psu is turning on & off. the LED should never flash...it should be steady...are there any USB devices like USB-hdd etc connected upon boot-up...could be a functional issue w/ your psu...dugay mo come-on iyang +5V, or ang iyang +12v rail or ang +3.3v...unless these rails hit the mobo, you will not have a power good signal that will indicate to the procie to boot and hand over to the BIOS...

    (lisud explain oi...)

kay smooth raman ang mga games niya and all hardware are detected sa windows.
di man gud tah kaingon nga kung ok ang psu ok rasad ang dagan sa system, di paman gud dayon mabantayan, kung naa ka'y mahulman nga psu e tang2x ang imo then alisdi og la.in pero kung 100% salig kah sa psu. Maybe you can try this:

    1) If you have a graphics card installed please remove it
    2) How many rams do you have?
    a) If more that one, try to remove the other rams and use only 1.
    b) If only 1, use that
    3) If you have other devices installed on the motherboard, please remove.
Like rj45 jacks and flash drives.
    4) Remove the Keyboard and Mouse

kung imo nanah nabuhat, e power on imo PC then tanawa naa ba'y effect. kung wala, if option a), try swapping your rams kung asa ang makapandar. kung option b), e try og balhin2x ang ram sa lahi2x nga slot kung makapaandar bah siya.

    to make things simple ha.

swap your PSU with a different PSU then test

if issue does not replicate then its obviously the power supply.

Siopao is right PSU jud na..

Soo ako tag-an ana is gubaon na imong PSU specifically sa Standbye voltage rail.. replace it.

@kel2985: Daghan na kaayo ni tambag nimo nga mga bantugan sa istorya.net and to think their advices are very common that your PSU is the culprit.

Why don't you take their advises...if your PSU is generic why masayangan manka? hay sa labi mobo, ram or any important parts sa imong cpu ang ma guba tungod sa imong generic psu? and will cause you big trouble ug mo dako imong gasto hinoon. I also suspected your PSU is the problem or the mobo is failing.

If I were you before its too late replace your PSU not a generic one but reliable BRANDED PSU like Silverstone, ANTEC, HEC, Coolermaster, Thermaltake and many more...ask lang nila.

@TS: Mao bahh that should be good enough for your setup at 700W. But factory defect are common sir wa ta kabalo defective cya and can't handle anymore mao nag fluctuate and can't provide enough power.

Mmmm....did you check your mobo? try disassemble everything w/o the casing on the top of the table and let see if the problem occurs again.

    Update us.
