wala ko kahbiaw sa smart money.. wala pud ko sure about sa BDO basta last nako nahibaw an nga dili sila mo verify sa paypal.. ang unionbank nga EON ra man gyud cguro ang maka verify..

o bro, nag-cge ko ug try ani para verify, denied man. I've followed their instructions (unlock online txn and etc.) Nanawag pa gani ko sa ilang customer service kaduha. Nasayang lang akong gasto ug hago sa pagkuha ug smart money card for the sole purpose of verifying my paypal account. Probably, ning-work ni sya before, base sa testimonial sa uban. Just speaking based on my experience lang. Di sad mu-work ang BDO debit card, I've tried it also.

Akong pasabot is pang-VERIFY lang using Smartmoney and BDO debit card which DON'T work, don't know about withdrawal.
