1. it's not my responsibility to lessen the stupidity of the filipinos,
2. it's the responsibility of the government. now those officials who are seated in the government, should cook some ways on how to diminish the gradually increasing number of stupid filipinos.
3. it's like this, we pay the paxes, let the government do what they should do instead of pocketing the money that's supposed to be allocated for funds for education, in order or lessen the idiocy!

The government does not shoulder the whole responsibility to educate the masses. Its the community that will establish the identity of a nation. Do not center your mind to the limitations you've witnessed today. If you desire, or maybe to lazy to contribute to the country you belong. Then start off by realizing the change comes within.
