join training centers like CallCenterAcademy. Big leagues prefer to hire people who are oriented about the BPO industry rather than training from the roots. ofc, availability is a must. never say you can't be present at times. a neutral accent is the best.
yeah joining training centers will be a plus on your application.. just like what I did before katong wala pa koy experience. but, it doesn't mean though nga mao ra nay makapa pasar nimo.. You need to know how to talk and speak up your mind during interviews. If your not so fluent. Practice is the key. Practice everyday until such makaingon na mo nga confident na ka on how you talk.
IMHO.
Thanks for sharing...any others who want share....?
Don't be shy, just share your experience....
Basta sakto lang imo English sentence structure ug klaro ka mu communicate ka sa imo point solve naka. You don't need to have a twang or be slang to make it in a call center.
hehheee...btaw sakto jud ka Sand man...mga feelers! abi ky agent...magEnglish2x arong engnun...
pwde ra bya cla magEnglish kaso lng kusgon pjud...arn makdungog jud ang nanakay...pasaway!![]()
Hey, hey! Guess this going OT and might incite debates or flaming. Kalma lang bro..pasagdii na sila...hehehe.
Well, yeah I will agree to all the posts above. First ni nako nga call center actually and although naay training sa office (I had been retrained over and over again para lang ma-improve akoang English communications) lahi ra jud if maka agi ka og call center training. Mas makakuha man gud ka og idea unsa ang setup sa call center. Kay pagtuo sa kadaghanan, basta call center pre-paid card...lol. Bitaw, at least ma expose na ka ba and you will know if you will fit in.
Confidence (I am speaking for myself here) is one of the keys para ka makasulod. It is not unsa ka ka-'slang' paminawon; it is how you convey your message in a way nga makuha sa imo kaestorya.
Confidence just dont overdo it, mahanginan ang mo interview nimo![]()
