Facetime fix

ok so anybody else here who has the same problem?

i set my facetime to ON but it is stuck on "waiting for activation"..i don't even see any facetime icon in my homescreen..
i have tried resetting network settings, haven't tried restoring yet since its a hassle to jailbreak again..

i am on 4.3.3 and jailbroken..

i read from somewhere that this can be fixed if someone calls me using facetime and thus activate my own facetime..

Globe sim? Face time is only available for globe user (official carrier of iPhone)
