    I formulate this thread kay concern ko sa shop... so to all gamers duwa gihapun ta, palit lng gihpun ta sa neo galaxy. I learned my lesson na nga d ko angay mu type ug provocative comments ug katu pud ang usa ka taw try to be nys sa mga umaabut na costumers. Kay 1 criteria sa Sales agent o manindahay kay to please the consumer and give its wants. proper negotiation ra jud ug maayu mu abiba ug costumer. mao ra tu
    bai kahibaw man ka sayop nimo wala ka ga.dala sa imo recibo so don't make a fuss about it kai its your fault in the first place... maski kaila pa na sila sa imo nawng, maki gahapon pa ka nipalit, kung wala ka recibo dili jud na sila muhatag kai sila mu.risk ana

    as for the customer service, direct your complaints to the owner dili diri kai maski ingon ka nindot ang shop imo gihapon indirectly gi.daot ang mga trabahante ug ang shop mismo

    ingon ka wala ka g.tarung ug entertain, wala naka.huna2 na nanghasol pud ka nila? ang sabot gud dapat kai dad.un lang nimo ang recibo unya niadto ka na wala nimo g.dala then namugos pajud ka nila, kinsa man dili samokan ana? be considerate pud bai kai tao ra pud na sila

    yup naka bantay sad ko diha sa NEO Galaxy cge man ko hapit diha mga laki diha na tindero mga strickto. murag permi gigutom. sir Neo kaila man ko niya personal asta iya wife mga ok man cge smile sa mga customer. kulang rani sila ug advice hope mausab namo mga do. naghatag lang mo ug kadaot sa tindahan.

    Tri-edge, just a suggestion. do not reply anymore to the complainant. You have a point actually. But continuing this debacle further exposes you to customer service concept blunders which can affect your company.

    NEOS has already effectively closed the issue. And that is for the complainant to bring this up personally. Let this thread die now.

    Wa jud niy ayo na shop. I don't intend to ruin the reputation of this shop but as a consumer I just want to share my experience and in my personal advice - steer clear of this shop!!!

    I bought an 8 GB memory card here. I thought it was a great deal. 840 lang sa malls kay almost 2000 ang price ana. wala pay 2 weeks dili na mubasa. my psp is prompting me to reformat the card all of a sudden nya inig format sad nimo muerror pud na no memory stick inserted. No big deal, I still have the reciept anyway... or so I thought.... Anyway, naa ra btaw sa sulod sa ako psp ang memory card all the time

    This afternoon I took the time to go there but did not expect to be greeted by the worse kind of customer service I ever encountered.. I got the reciept but they refused to do anything kay naa daw "buak" ang memory card... I swear to God I never removed the card from my psp unit -- if you are familiar, you don't really have to kay naa man nay mini USB slot if you want to save or modify files in the card and I never dropped it either. But then they just smirkeld and laughed at me saying na "ambot nimo dili baya mi mag sunod2x nimo kung giunsa na nimo"... I asked for repairs and dili pud daw ma repair,,, so wala daw silay mabuhat... I asked them, so that's it, basically junk na nah xa? and that guy kanang kauban anang intsikon said,, anah jud nah bai, disposable raman gud na ang mga memory card... What the hell, what do you mean disposable? Are we talking about napkins here? SO all your products here are "disposable"?

    Figured, don't be blinded by low price... I'll just buy next time from more reputable stores with people that really know a thing or two about customer service!!
    And by the way, sa kanang nakafamiliar pud ha... the buak they said was just a part of the plastic na nagcover sa chip... bsag naa pa nay buak basta intact ang chip sa sulod it shouldn't be a problem... low quality products with people that don't know about customer service.... that pretty much sums up my experience there! never buying anything from this store again!!!

    you said it yourself that there was a "chipped/damaged" part on the card and I get the point that you never removed it from the slot but still the card is already damaged so you can't asked a replacement for it and regarding about someone who can fix a MS pro duo card I doubt if there's any, and for its price you should know by then that its not authentic if I were on the tenants shoe, I'd probably say the same thing. Its your risk buying those products.

    I get what you mean bro... no arguments there. Like the other guy said in the other thread.. "You get what you pay for".. I', writing this off as a loss and that'll be the end of it.... Lesson learned, maybe I'll start taking images of products I buy along with the reciept and check it closely just to make sure you don't get screwed in the end... just because its working then doesn't mean it'll work 2 weeks later kay "disposable" ra daw nah .

    good idea bro! Yeah take pics of the items you bought including the receipt just in case you lose it... And pleeeaaaassseeee.... Close this thread, i thought this was shut already... And again..to those who have complaints on this store..see Neos personally, he is nice guy and got nothing to hide, the personnel at the store are just doing their jobs..rather than barking on this thread like a coward..
