not all in-flight problems are known from the ground. some problems arise in-flight. some problems arise barely after getting airborne.

di pa gyud ta dapat mo.storya og tapos kay wala pa ta kahibalo sa mga details especially as to what damage the aircraft sustained. we cannot directly blame it to the maintenance guys.
