It happen to my other account and it reaches 4-5k they said we used the landline to cellphones and how come that happen that to think its still less than a month since we paid our last bill. They suddenly cut off or temporary disconnect the line.
I came to the center and I told them that there is no way we would know youre company is doing manipulation of our line that makes our bill goes that higher.
I hope Globe will be true enough as well as other TELCOS.
try daw pag ask ug gprs extraction details sa ila. it usually takes more than a week but this one makita ang details sa usage. epa deactivate nalang pud ur gprs sa ila system then efollow up if na deactivate ba jud. ask ug reference # for the deactivation request.
it happened to me too, my bill reached 3k plus. i was using internet through my phone then, but i was using it around 5hrs for 6 days only(while my dsl is not yet transferred). i was expecting a bill of 30 hrs but it ballooned to 100 hrs.
globe told me that i probably didn't properly disconnect the internet connection or erroneously pressed the internet connect keys. there's no point arguing them coz they could not also provide the breakdown of usage (just like in calls) and besides my phone has internet connection capability.
if i had the phone like yours and i'm billed for internet usage, mu reklamo jud ko taman. bisan pa himuon pa ko og letter (as what they usually require when you complain of their services). so, better go to their customer service center, i'm sure they'll listen to you. .. and hope they'll make bill adjustments.
hehe march 17, 2010-- nakadawat ko ug demand letter from globe urgent daw posted march 08 unya karon pa gi deliver--sos me ang akong outstanding balance kay 16k na unta na disconnect naman akong plan last march 2009 bill daw to nako sa july 2008 wtf..ing-ana diay ah tawag pud kog cs nila *omg way ayo..i even asked them to have me the entire breakdown kang detailed gyud ana pa ang cs mam na break na daw ni dili dw sya ka tell sa breakdown per sector og asa og unsa orasa nag-gamit..gipangutana man kaha ko..a mam do u have fax at home?- na kay di man tawon ko negosyante og datu wa gyud ko ana..btw my plan is 800php..kaka browse daw nako aw browse sa ilang mata nga nag disconnected na baya akong line...!!
i know i would end up paying my debts..pero anyone..? anybody as in..magkaisa ta to let globe know that this is not right.if theyll sue me ill sue them as well..i demand gyud for explanation.grrrrr..
pwede na reklamo. they will check thru system gyud. ako amigo has a bill of 80k... gamay ra inyoha compare sa iyaha pero after investigation, nahimo nlg ug 1k+.
it took two weeks tho but worth the wait kesa bayad sya 80k...
pila ray adjustment ninyo against sa 80k sa akong amigo? gamay ra kaau. so kng maau mo mojustify na sayop gyud billing ni globe, aw for sure naa gyud na adjustments...
they CAN check. they hav ways to check kng valid gyud imo reason tho. naa mn gud subs na abusive.. wa daw sila gamit ing-ani or ing-ana pero sa tinuod kay ngamit diay...
justify lg mga bro. adjustments will come gyud...
problema sad kos ako.a.. inig. check nko sa unbilled balance.. naay mo.appear na internet charge... naa bya mi wifi sa bai... huhu... kapoya aning globe..
