If you want to be a license real estate broker contact NREA (National Real Estate Association) Cebu Chapter @ (032) 254-5780, (032) 412-5676..diha ko nag review and taas ila passing rate..
woi ka nice ani,,,,kinahanglan ba naa experience para maka take or review lang then maka take nag exam?
During that time, way back 2008, 3K ang bayad sa review inclusive of review materials and snacks. That will entitle you to a 24 credit units man siguro to. Karon kay 120 credit units na ang rquirements for you to take the PRC exam. As what I've heard that will cost you 15K pero naa payment terms.
No experience needed. As long as you are a graduate of any four year course you may take the review and exam.
Bookmark! interested kayo ko ani dah
