    bro before ka mag diet and do some exercise. first imu sa e gather imo determination ngano mag pa daot ka. basi half way mo undang ka, dapat naa jud goal. like for this week imu timbang 180 dapat next week 170 something like that. nya second do cardio eat less rice. pero ayaw jud pagutom bro tendency mas madaghan na nuon imong kaon. if batiun kag gutom kaun pero gamay lang. like biscuits. and sa cadio at least 1 hr a day if mahimo himua ug 1:30. akua is 30mins sa slider then 30mins the treadmill and 30mins sa bike.

    basta hinay2 lang ayaw ahata. enjoy lang what you do. set your mind everyday mo loose ka ug 1-2 lbs.

    and if nahan ka di jud mag rice. inig buntag imo breakfast kay hard boiled egg. ang white ra kauna, then lunch mag steam kamote ka or steamed chicken breast nya sa gabie pwd ka mag salad. if + pajud supplement mas effective.

    gahapon i only ate 2 cap of corn rice, and tinolang isda, dili pa ma control ang midnyt snacks i ate 1 box hopia. wala nako ni inom og softdrnks. naka hurot ko og 5 bottles nga 1ltr. nga natures spring. basta na cut na naku ang softdrink intake. karun ga cge noun ko kalibang. hahaha.

    Ok rana ang cereals bro..what really matters and a big No No is what you put in your cereals, basin unya ug Butter Milk o choco milk imo gi sagol sa cereals (lami raba kaayo na nga combo).
    Mas maayo pa fruits nalang imo kan-on sa snacks...ayaw lang sab nang avocado

    Another tip bro..when you go for a reducing diet..Do it gradually but consistent..AYAW gyud nang crash diet kay mubawi rakag kaon ana kun gutomon napud.

    jogging or walking atleast 45mins. a day and eat food rich w/fiber to make sure to discharge regularly. less rice, less meat (lean only).

    magkalibang ka anang corn rice ug dili anad imong tiyan like me. usa pud diay makatabang pagamay kaning weight conscious ta, mag-weigh in ka everyday para makita nimo ang difference kung ni-gain weight ka or ni loss.

    pwd man ghapun ka mag regular rice bro 1 cup ok na kaayu na. pareha jud kaayu ta sa una bro. ako from breakfast 2 cups of rice udto 2 cups ghapun inig gabie 2 cups sad. nya naa pay midnight snack. pero karun puro ra jud itlog kamote and veggies xD panagsa meat HEHE. ok ghapun kaayu na bro hinay2 lang bha. keep it up ^^

    snacks karun kay 3 eggs ang 3 hanging rice or puso. no softdrinks

    ask lang ko pila ka cap ang usa ka puso kanang medium size?
