As a new driver, you will be unskilled at handling unexpected problems. So, make sure you attend any of the various defensive driving courses across the country.
kung mag drive ko makig storya man ko sa mga ga sakay nako.. ug maminaw jud ko ug music unsay gamit sa stereo.. boring man gud kaayu but still ga concentrate ko ug drive. I need it labaw na kung long travel ug gabie na maka duka man gud.
pero text aw igo jud ko ana sa una.. karon lisud na wa nay keypad.
and mas daghan pa ang mga professional drivers ang nanga aksidente kaysa sa mga teens. XD

Please do not generalize it. Not all new drivers are stupid and crazy. Yes, I do text sometimes while driving but I slow down and sometimes stop on the side street specially if its really important or I will reply on a stop light. Yes, I answer some calls while driving but its just a matter of presence of mind and alertness. May I just ask you this question, Didn't you ever talk to your passenger in your car and not playing or listening music in your car? Oh come on, don't get me wrong on this. I am discipline enough compared to other drivers specially those drivers but again here in the Philippines I don't think so you can implement everything on the rules. And you said new drivers should or it would be better to attend various defensive driving coursed across the country. Wow! Cool and Crazy! We are not stupid to cause our life in this stuff, we are responsible and better than the others. Whoever you are talking like a perfect driver why not you call all the new drivers in town to race with you on the streets of Cebu or to be legal enough why not take on the track?
