external drive, additional RAM for my laptop

im looking for a good condition 2nd hand or brand new external HD for my laptop. must be 320gb-500gb, if naa 1 TB, try lng sad offer, maybe i can afford it....

also, nangita sad kog additional RAM for my laptop which is an HP pavilion dv3515 ang model... 3gb na man ni akoa, nahan ta ko upgrade to 4GB or 8gb, that is, if ako maconfirm na murag up to 8gb man tali ang makaya ani, im not sure though....
