base on that specs that you describe. i think daghan ra cguro ug running application sa start-up mao nang kutob ra pod sa start-up mo hang ang imong pc. try to disable some of those when logging in safemode.

virus guro na... i experienced same thing before.... mao ako gi reformat ako pc..

sir its either ang temp sa imung processor basin taas ra or either sa memory..

*corrupted system files
*bad ram/memory
*overheating
*faulty psu
*faulty components like signs of burns or bloated capacitors

do some checkings or testings 1st then post here imo results so we can try and guide you whats nxt to troubleshoot.
