correcting that... ePerformax pays 300 per day on GCT, 500 per day on PST and it increases yet again during ABay... those are the 3 legs of training before they accept you as an agent and agents earn an average of 28k/month... yeah I think that's highest... CVG currently gives 18k/month for starting employees btw...

surveyed from friends and I'm with ePer ^^

    - mag add lang ko ha kay nakatawa ko. kana nga rate mentioned here are tax lang na sa xlibris sa mga mid performing agents. and to perform, u just have to keep an open mind and learn, learn learn.. ..imagine na lang na creating your own payslip

based on info i got from friends ha, JP has the highest offer. although it is not a BPO, let's just consider it as a "call center". mura ug xlibris ba. wla cla ga outsource, but because some of their employees make and take calls, people regard the company as a call center. people with call center experience are offered more than 22k per month as basic pay, wla pa na allowances. so i guess cla pinaka dako. ok sd ila annual increase kay mu depend sa performance and dako2 sd siya. but if you include incentives, no question xlibris jd. gikan ko ddto but i was part of the production team. and kanang sweldo sa uban call centers, tax ra jud na ddto.
