might be regarding the enforcement. if i be asked; would be better they take down or take off the membership form in the pcci online site. i think if mao ni nga dili na sila mo dawat ug print out; could be because pcci want to keep the CARD type in which mao sad ila gamiton sa ilang filing box and cabinet. kay if print out usually bond paper man. so humok and lisod e file sa filing box/cabinet?

It is of common experience that PCCI now is more accommodating than before using of course the modern technology we have now.

With the present management, crooked ways in the past are now slowly straightened.

i'm not entirely sure because i've never used the supplemental transfer form before. this form is used only when you have lost the pedigree papers of a dog who was not yet transferred to your name. i think form R-2 is the 'affidavit form' because these two have to go together if the lost papers were not yet transferred. but if the lost papers are already in your name, then you just need the affidavit and not the supplemental form anymore.

i think that form you are referring to that can be found online is for membership CARD. the membership form (for new members) is the one that needs to be original.

salamat sa reply mam/sir. murag ang R-2 is da affidavit gyud.
ang kaning affidavit, mo require pa kaha ni ug notary or ma notaryo? or fill up lang the form then submit without notary? kay ang form wala man area para ma notaryo. salamat.

again, dili jud ku sure ha...hehee but i think kailangan pa notaryo. based lang sa iya format, looks like something that needs to be notarized? but if you want to be sure, better call pcci na lang. or email them, mu tubag ra man na sila

okay, ako lang call para confirm with them. salamat again

what we wanted to do is ang buyer sa amo pup na wala pa na process ang pcci(still around one month old ang pups) directly e transfer na sa name sa buyer upon release of the pcci pedigree(those na sure or naka full payment na). came to know that this is commonly practiced by old time breeders, para less hassle sa new owner or the buyer of the pup. ug we want to try this as an extra service to the buyers of our pups. kay usually amo practice is ang new owner na dili pa member sa pcci; amo e guide unsaon pa member ug unsaon pag transfer sa name nila ang ownership sa puppy. na in which hassle baya specially to those na buyers na busy. para ma usa na lang ang process, usa na lang sad bayranan sa buyer(the processing and membership fee sa pcci). on a case na pcci member na ang buyer sa pup; mas dili gyud hassle sa iya nga mag transfer pa sa iya name if pag release sa pedigree naka name na sa iyaha

i see, that's nice of you to do that. we usually help our buyers too but i've never tried that method you are proposing.

Pwede ra i-dretso transfer sa name sa buyer ang ownership sa pups. Just follow the steps required by the PCCI.

Just download the Affidavit prepared by the PCCI, then fill all the infos required. Absolutely, the PCCI does not require that it should be notarized.

The Affidavit is used when the Pedigree is lost.
