I am reminded of eateries in downtown...not up-scale, no trained chef, serving comfort food...but their waiters/waitresses knows how to treat customers - quick and attentive...Manila Foodshoppe at Manalili, Pete's Kitchenette at Sanciangko, Visayan Restaurant at Manalili and even Snowsheen at Jones....no way are they even star-rated, and may just be several notches up from street-food, but they know enough to make sure that when a customer raises their hand, they will come a-calling....I don't expect to be treated as a VIP, but I do expect that restaurant personnel to be efficient...bottom-line is, if service sucks, people won't patronize the establishment...people won't come back...

The point is , regardless if happy ka or dili ... air your issues to the right people .

Sa case ni DEATHFOX ... alangan man ug ako or ang uban ang mo storya sa management sa MOOON CAFE . Thats why I discourage people to make issues here although wala man niya gi badmouth ang establishment kay indicated man gyud na sa wait staff siya nasuko , still its barking at the wrong tree .

Pilay pusta mo balik pa mo didto one of these days ? Kay either mo kaon or mo inom . Pero if you will do the same over and over , aw walang kahumanang drama gyud na . Nothing is wrong if you air out your issues but as what I keep on repeating here in the forums , it wont do any good . Pero if you talk to the manager how lazy , how discriminating etc the wait staff are , that would suffice and could have fixed the problem , basin mahatagan pa mo ug compensation , who knows , libreng sisig pa ka puhon .

Unless didto na ka sa una and why are you a repeat customer if di ka satisfied o walay lami ang food nila or satisfied ka sa una mao all is well unya kay badtrip man ka sa waitress reklamo ka diri . Wala man ka intawn ni share oi , rant man na imoha ser .

Why dont you check that thread about BREADTALK . For the personal growth of an establishment , it should also suffice the growth of its client network specially sa food and beverage industry where the customers are always right .

Get real ... it only makes it more stupid if you are out of context . You only experienced their CUSTOMER SERVICE and not their DINING EXPERIENCE . I am not in the same business but I am in the FOOD and BEVERAGE industry probably way back before I became a member here . You are talking about emotions now ? Arent this your emotions and issues ? Without considering that the customer does not want to complain anymore to the manager because:
-They're hungry.
-It's not worth the customer's time to complain at all.

Face it, if people walk out of the restaurant and didn't complain to the manager at all, it is a valid complaint and a bad experience.

Getting unfairly treated in a restaurant is not something like witnessing murder. If I witness a murder, I have the right to remain silent even if I'm a key witness that will possibly solve a murder case. Is it worth my time? No.

Then if thats the case , eat at home . There are no PERFECT RESTAURANTS maski sa FRANCE pa , not even the kitchens of the Whitehouse or Malacanang .

To answer your question " IS IT WORTH YOUR TIME " ? Yes it is worth your time . you were able to correct something at the same time learn from it . If all else fails then eat at home because you prefer to be quite then whats the point of opening a topic like these here ? Wala na lang unta nagpa hibalo si TS sa iyahang adventure sa Terraces diri .
