EVAT: Php 53,571.42

The amount you would be buying the condo is Php 2,769,305.40 including a reserved parking spot.

The price of Php 2,769,305.40 does not include the Registration Fee, Documentary Stamp Tax, Transfer Tax and EVAT for the parking.

No I will not sell the condo unit with out the parking spot and no I will not sell the parking spot separately. As IT Park gets even more developed, parking is at a premium.

If all these numbers are making your head spin, to make it easy, I will sell the condo to you for Php 2,765,000
