so if Lebron and the Heat win, he should not be called a Champion even if he is one? that doesn't even make sense.

its a 50-50 match, it can go to either teams (i have the highest respect for dallas, but im routing for the heat)

@hellhound61: curious lang ko bai asa gikan imo hate ni lbj. is it :
    a. leaving cleveland
    b. leaving cleveland at the peak of his game
    c. leaving cleveland at the peak of his game and joining other stars
    d. all of the above.
    e. you just dont like him.

I'm by no chance a lebron fan or a kobe or an MJ fan, ang player nga akong ganahan ever:
    magic johnson and shaq.

im not in for name calling and flame baiting but just trying to understand why you dislike the guy. It may sound like a james defense, but its not. Its just logic. I just want to point out the following things:

    1. Free Agency gives one the liberty to choose teams, james opted out of cleveland (not in the best way), and it became a media circus (-1 on that). 7 years of cleveland is loyalty enough. I dont know why they have a feeling of betrayal, from a business standpoint... he gave his end of the bargain. james probably felt betrayed by him losing years of his prime and not getting the support he needs or wanted from his team.

    2. Players will have to consider career moves that will lead them to their goals... like a championship, there are no rules against joining other superstars... that only increases chances of them achieving their individual goals, as well as making these career choices at your prime. ngano mag huwat man ka malaya ka when you are still highly valued. Even from a General Manager standpoint bai, I want my team to have the best possible players around, thats why the salary cap plays a role on this. Bibby gave up a 6 million contract believing he is where he needs to be, from a career standpoint.... trading money for the chance of a championship... an NBA player's individual dream. I seriously doubt naay NBA player whose dream is to play with loyalty to a team bahalag di kadaog ug championship.

    3. Salary Caps, in its own way, was implemented to protect the league against "pamugas", or the hogging of all the good players through money. some players play for lesser money as it will feel less important than their chances of winning a championship.

    4. people can just hate other people for no real reason.

If thats the case, dle sab matawag ug champion ang Boston diay? Sa term nmo nga pamugas, maapil gud pud ana ang LA..

Whoever wins this series is a Champion.. Even if you won't agree that they are and you wouldn't consider them calling as one, still at the end, they are contemplated as The Champion.. Wa na kay mahimo ana.. Mag buot2x nlang kag imoha siguro aron naa kay mahimo..

    ADD:

WOW! Ceejay threw a punchline right there! I believe K.O. na tnan mga haters nga nag ingon nga ming betray si LeBron, walay loyalty and other stuffs! Amen to that haters!

Nice one Ceejay! I strongly agree sa imong giingon samot na ani, ngano mag huwat man ka malaya ka when you are still highly valued. and this, "I seriously doubt naay NBA player whose dream is to play with loyalty to a team bahalag di kadaog ug championship."

OT: Swertean lang si Kobe because he falls into excellent org.. I can't imagine if he's in the shoes of LBJ at that time.. Thats it, LBJ doesn't want to be like AI, Reggie Miller, Sir Charles, Patrick Ewing and other excellent player nga walay ring maski isa... It doesn't mean he transferred to get a ring in the easiest way possible.. He transferred because his org before couldn't satisfy his needs and I know getting an NBA ring and a championship trophy is everybodys dream! Mao btaw sad na ang rason kung nganong naay Big 3 sa Boston...

If my Mavs can handle Bryant and Gasol, Durant and Westbrook, they can also handle James, Wade and their teammates.

If James is the king then Dirk must be the God.. ^_^

Go Dallas Mavericks ! Beat Miami CHEAT!!
