^walay assurance nga ma-unlock ang sempron 140, its not as easy as just turning on ACC and you get another working core, you got to test it (as there's a huge chance that the locked core is defective/unstable ), if on a budget I'd rather get a dual core processor w/c is just a few bucks more than gamble on unlocking a single core processor.
