Suggest me a PSU

Suggest me a PSU, Currently I have Silverstone 500W Modular..

My Planned Specs:
Asus P8P67-M / P8P67-M PRO
Intel i5 2500/2500K
Corsair 4Gbx2 1600 DDR3
2 HDD and 1 ODD
GTX 460 1Gb

** additional mga bleng2x: Fan Controller, (3) 120mm (1) 92mm (1) 200mm case fans (apil na ang CPU cooler)**

** realized na dili jd ku ganahan mag SLI/Xfire sa Future (mahal korente )
** will go for Silverstone if upgrade will push through

Also, if 600W or 750W ang PSU, does it mean I have to get a higher AVR as well.. right now i'm on 500 AVR, and I have 2 LCD ang my PC plugged in. suggest me a brand of AVR if you may

What's wrong with your silverstone psu? Ok pa man na ana nga specs. Also sufficient pa na ang 500w nimo nga avr, if magkuha ka ug 700w psu it doesn't mean mao na dayon na i-consume sa imo rig.

I understand.. nothing's wrong with my PSU.. with that specs, isn't it gonna max out the 500W of my PSU when I play games? I used the Extreme PSU calculator and it summd up to 500W(a little bit more, or at least within a very very close range). I'm not sure if that's reliable enough though that's why I need some advice. I wanna leave some free space as well in my PSU para di kaayo stress, and longer life?

For the AVR, if i get a 700W PSU and my AVR is only 500, what's the worst thing that can happen if my PSU consumes more than the AVR can give?

mga bossing naa diay wattage limit ang psu? abi ko ups lng ang naa wattage limit,

mine, im using a 1000w psu and connect it to my avr and aslo my monitor (and i dont know if my avr has wattage limit) but until now everything works fine

This might not be accurate but w/o the GPU, the power usage on that system wont be remote close to ~200watts at peak, with the GPU I estimate ~300watts peak.

The AVR's protection circuit will kick in and shut down the AVR or the fuse will blow, both routes are safe.

It's a relief that i dont have to change my PSU .. hopefully sak2 ka boss EarlZ. is there any tool to know how much Watts my PSU is using? Software or hardware?
