As for my part, I'm into real estate biz now and if prospects would call and wants to see the property, can I say no?

i miss the old days.. nga perti ka dagahn mo apil gyud heheh that would exceed 50+ in attendance.. diha pami sa una sa paseo nag learning session, firsherman's net..ambot asa pa tong uban

anyway, i was there... ontup gyud 6 as promised.. then i stayed there till 9pm.. nag sabot nasad ming angel in advance and she was there.. actually tulo mi kabuok.. koyug niya iyang askal nga itoy hahahaha... ni una si angel... i stayed there because have to finish my business plan for my elevator pitch sa akong potential partners...

deli nasad ko angay matingala or masuko nganung walay ni tunga..they have all the reasons and majority of the guys involved or wanted to participate are businessman and full-time employees..so they have to juggle a ton of things... and ..i've been too so many eyebizz, eyeballs, gatherings..same as usual..

The people who got their butt hurt talk about being professionals, being businessmen, value and etiquette. The last time I checked "word of honor" is still one of the charateristics that upholds being a TRUE professional/businessman.

Second, I wonder what level of professionalism and what kind of businessmen you ought to proclaim yourself. Having a business doesnt make you a TRUE businessman. Its the person's character that trancends over the business.

sample: having to doodle, print a shirt and sell them doesnt make you already a businesswoman.

For all those who proclaim themselves businessmen and professionals, didnt you learn that being busy does not make up as an excuse?

to all of you guys, especially to dangelndisguise...

my deepest and sincerest apology for not being able to come to the event.

actually, that day was already booked in my schedule. however, a week before the event, a very important activity in our company was scheduled. this activity is about the "energization" of the transmission line coming from Kepco SPC plant to the substation at Colon, Naga where i worked as a control engineer. our manager needs us to render an overtime that day to assist the maintenance personnel in the "testing and commissioning" of this new transmission line including its protections and associated substation equipments. we belong in the operations group but we also take part in some of the important activities of the maintenance group since we will be the one to run the operations of the substation. so it's also important for us to be familiar with these things. by the way, our company is National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP). i've stated this facts not to boast of my work but to be transparent to all.

now, let me ask this question to the critics of the participants of Eyebiz... if you're in my situation, which will you prefer? please take time to ponder about it. in my case, of course i would prioritize my job since as of now, it's my main bread and butter in raising my family and giving them a great future.

as stated in the post of makie, Eyebiz is just an extracurricular activity. so we cannot expect it to be that perfect right away and forced everyone to be in perfect attendance. kudos to all the real participants of Eyebiz who all know how to act as winners! so, we can see "who's who" now... the posts will say it all... LOL!!!

PS. just expressing my side of the story. nothing personal about it. just a friendly reminder and an eye opener. hope it reach the other side...
