    BDO grows so fast that the have to hire employees that fast.
    So nag suffer ang quality of service.

    Ang main attraction ra jud ani nila is the banking hours.
    Pero kung hinay ang service aw dapat taas jud ang banking hours.

    BDO must put more employees so that they can entertain more customers at a time...

    gamay raman taw.. pero kung gahapon pako ni adto abtan jud ko 1pm. naa man gud uban multiple transaction usa ka taw nya 2 ra kabuok teller..

    Ratio 2 tellers = 5 clients

    Ang akong branch 4 tellers(plus 5 , nitabang pa jud ang ubang staff sa ubang departments), nag-una sa ako sa line 15 clients. Pag-kabalo namo nga offline, ika-upat na ko.

    Do you experienced what you just shared here everytime you go to BDO ?

    It is hard to please everybody and you have to understand that . I also have problems with people specially in establishments but I dont make a fuss about it , instead I go to the people who are more in depth in solving problems and changing systems . The MANAGERS if the GM are not around .

    Like what I always say to people here in the forums , letting people know about it wont help . Talking to the right people will fix the problem . So the next time you go to BDO , who knows HAPPY and SATISFIED na ka . Pero ug diri ra ka kutoib , mahimong 100 pages na lang ni , puro baugotbot lang gihpoan ka everytime you do a transaction in BDO .

    mao lagi basta offline na gani wala na jud silay mahimo ana..
