Let me guess , your ex-bestfriend is black ..

Anyways ma'am nitwit (I don't even know how got away with that username) , you're gonna lose the battle IF she has legit proofs of LIBEL / DEFAMATION such as copies of your malicious comments against her on Facebook .. If you can counter her claims , such as proofs of her malicious comments against you , the judge will likely dismiss the case because both of you are funny and the judge would rather waste his time on big cases instead of this "childish" case -- that being said , you'll be off the hook !!

If you feel that you are losing the battle , maybe you might have to consider a SETTLEMENT (mostly used by prominent public figures) .. I know it sucks that you have to quit the fight , but it's better than losing in court that will make a stain on your rep for the rest of your life and give her the amount of money she asked ..

She is forever blackmailing me sir and if i give her what she wants now, she's gonna keep coming back wanting for more and I know what she is like. She'll put you through all this emotional blackmails and such and I just dont want her to do the same thing to other people thats the reason why i posted that in FB for our friends to be aware. I had 2 cases filed agaisnt her and she just recently filed me the libel (countersuit) probably to scare me. Its not even in the court yet for they just sent me the subpoena but I'm not in the country.

WTF? unsa ko nanay nya?pagkapaeta sa kinabuhi sa tawo. sa dihang wala na ko misugot iya nako giblackmail nga naa koy KABIT! how nice! and if i wont give her what she wants she'll tell my husband. you should have FULL TRUST AND CONFIDENCE sa imo lawyer TS.
there's no where to go but in court in your case right now since na file na man kaha ang case.
so if you need another opinion you do it discreetly as it is prohibited to discuss your case in public as you will be accused of "forum shopping" if not "Contempt of Court" ... another case for you so be careful.

by the way ..
if you can prove that she owes you money you file a
"Collection of Sum of Money Case"

If you have the receipts of the valuable things she borrowed to you and present evidence you requested that those
properties be returned to you already you can file a case of "Estafa".

If you are bent in fighting it with her in court you can file "A counter Charge" of the Liber Suit she filed against you.

I already did sir I have 2 cases filed against her and hers is only a counter charge.

you should have collected evidence..... before you did that..
