nahan ko mopalit ug ipad but dont want to pay for another subscription... is it okay to buy a wifi version only?

aside from the obvious difference, any other advantage/disadvantage between 3g/wifi and wifi only ipads?

mas ok man gyud ang wifi version bai. ang major advantage sa wifi version over the 3g version is walay black plastic stripe ang top sa ipad.
