Nice line here... not to convict... but the way the TS is doing is trial by publicity. You can attack the system however poor it is but unless you have the evidence to back up your claims to ruin a person's reputation in public, is not fair.

someone told me nga mga embassies kuno sa gawas di na mo require ug daghang documents if you want to get an OEC. Minimum is the passport and a national card of the host country you are presently working in. So if one cannot get a legitimate POEA oec in the Phils. because of some defects in their documents, some will opt to go as tourists, find a job and then register in the foreign host country because one has the impression that this is a loop hole in the system. Of course the Philippine records would be inexistent the next time the traveller present her documents to the POEA -bam! this is where the problem is. Masakpan nga way record. Ug naay existing OWWA membership acquired by other means, it doesn't mean you are automatically a legitimate member in the POEA. Mao nga magka lisud lisud na inig pangitaan. True daghan arrogante diha sa POEA as is the case of many government offices as if they think they own it. But naming names here to ruin them by trial by publicity is absolutely not fair. Mangayo pa ug resignation. But they way I can profile the TS, he is not a He but a SHE and a bigger probability that she is a an undocumented OFW. usa sad ni sa walay gamit sa OFW ang philhealth nato dugang2x lang sa bayad. Pero na dismaya mi after waiting pagtawag na amo number and ask mi sa amo tuyo ingnon lang ka wala man mo record sa amo database, after 4 years of paying wala pa diay na record sa ila database. nisaka mi sa taas sa ila boss to ask unsa nihitabo-a 4 yrs sige bayad mo ingon ra man gyud wala sila record bisan pakita amo sa receipt from tokyo phil embassy. langay-langayon pa ka kay nagkwenta2x pila in peso ang amount nga yen imo nabayad pero balik ra gihapon sa reason nga wala ka record sa database.
